How do I book an appointment?
Hit the Book Appointment button, choose a booking setup, select your service and a genuinely available time, then enter your details. You'll get an instant email and SMS confirmation with a link to reschedule or cancel if you need to.
Can I choose a specific barber?
Yes — our Multi-Barber setup lets you book against individual barber calendars. The Single Chair setup uses one shared calendar where the next available barber takes your appointment.
What if I'm running late or need to reschedule?
Use the secure link in your confirmation email or text to reschedule or cancel at any time, from any device — no phone call required. If you're running late on the day, give us a call and we'll do our best to fit you in.
Do you take walk-ins?
We do our best to accommodate walk-ins, but booked clients always take priority. Booking online guarantees your slot and means you won't be waiting around.
Can I book for my child?
Absolutely — our Children's Haircut service is designed for under-12s and our barbers are experienced at making younger clients comfortable.
What's your cancellation policy?
